Retained Services
We will start off with a free discovery call to learn about your business.
It may be that you have a good idea of where you need support, if so, we will quote you for that time. You may know you need support but not know entirely where you need it, this is where we will work together to determine the best way forward.
Our ‘retained’ services start at £30 + VAT per hour, for a 48 hours per month service.
We tend to work with our clients in the following hourly blocks:
- 16 hours per month
- 24 hours per month
- 32 hours per month
- 40 hours per month
- 48 hours per month
Our packages are completely bespoke to each business and therefore it may be that you cannot see the hours that would suit you and your business – please get in touch, we can work together on this!
Adhoc
Our ‘adhoc’ work is charged at an hourly rate of £34 + VAT per hour. All we ask, if that our time is booked in a minimum of 2 hour blocks. This adhoc option gives you the support and flexibility that you need whilst keeping a close eye on the budget.

Perfect for business owners who understand the value of working ON the business and not just IN it! This package allows us to really get to know your products, services and employees, inside and out in order for us to oversee the efficient running of your business.
- Monthly meeting to review and strategically plan (in person or virtual)
- Regular, consistent communication and catch up’s when required
